While this sum of money seems large, the findings of the court will make interesting reading for anyone waiting for payment from Lumba. Croydon Crown Court heard in April that Mr Lumba has well over £5m across a number of different properties, businesses, bank accounts and even a motor yacht. This is the sort of thing that makes many people scratch their head and wonder how you can be declared bankrupt with so much going for you. Even with the sale of one or two of these items, there is a chance to get ahead of the game while not letting anyone down.
