Brittany Murphy’s death was caused by multiple drug intoxication and pneumonia
It is believed that Brittany Murphy’s Death was caused by community acquired pneumonia and multiple drug intoxication. The coroners’ Chief Assistant Ed Winter said that iron deficiency anaemia to contributing to her accidental death and that there were no illegal drugs found in her system. However Winter also said that the actress’s death could have been preventable if she had been treated in hospital. Winter also said that there would be no criminal charges in Brittany’s death. Even though her mother was looking after her she was an adult and will not face charges.
