Our favorite leggings-loving Ugly Betty guest star is being dragged into the courthouse for some more litigation. Lindsay Lohan‘s girlfriend Samantha Ronson is suing her former attorney for malpractice after losing a defamation case against blogger Perez Hilton.
Now, the freckled actress is being summoned by the DJ’s former lawyer and she’s concerned that her deposition might be videotaped. Why the concern? Because, according to TMZ, she’ll probably be questioned about “about the details of the drugs allegedly found in the car and of her alleged romantic relationship with Ronson.”
As a result, Lindsay’s asking for the deposition to take place in a private location and that the transcripts be sealed.
NOTE TO LINDSAY: Samantha doesn’t like losing.
