If your suspicions prove to be well founded, make sure you do not alert the casino by relying too heavily on that number.
Another tip to make use of is to carefully monitor the habits of the dealer, specifically, the manner in which they toss the ball into the roulette wheel. Specifically, dealers will throw the ball in with a certain amount of force, in a specific direction and in a certain maximum proximity to the actual wheel itself.
With that in mind, count the number of times that the ball actually manages to get around the entire circumference of the wheel. From there, you will have a much better chance of correctly and accurately identifying what numbers/part of the wheel will be most likely to win.
Please note that the above methods are not fool-proof guarantees that you will win, nor will they boost your chances of success. You will find that sometimes whenever you place a wager, you end up losing several times in a row. As tempting as it is, do not throw good money after bad.
