Winner of £45million EuroMillions Comes Foreward
Latest reports suggest the lucky winner of Tuesday’s €49.5 million Euromillions jackpot has at last come forward to claim the mammoth jackpot. News is just filtering out of the National Lottery media outlet. The €2.50 ticket holder is stated to be from Dublin is currently having his winning claim processed.
A National Lottery spokesperson said, “We were absolutely delighted to hear from Ireland’s latest EuroMillions jackpot winner who now becomes the 16th EuroMillions jackpot winner in Ireland since the game was introduced in 2004.”
The winning numbers on Tuesday were 14, 15, 24, 29 and 42. The lucky stars were 2 and 4.
On Tuesday, the National Lottery stated the jackpot amount of €49,564,587 is the 6th largest jackpot amount ever to be won in Ireland.
A spokesperson for the Lotto said that the ticket holder had made contact and will now be carefully guided through the prize claims process before officially claiming their life-changing prize.
They have not yet revealed the identity of the winner.
